My last day in Puerto Morelos...Took a nice long walk on the beach and swam for the last time. Then Linda and I went to Daphne and Miki's for a Valentine's Day party. Here are a few last pictures of Puerto Morelos, Posada del Moro and the party.

Spent a great day snorkeling at Yal Ku; brought back good memories of when Joe, Eitra, and I were there before.

Sunday, February 12th

 Last night I stopped by to talk to Daphne and friends at the bookstore. The local school also had a music festival. I listened to music and bought a delicious piece of flan to enjoy. Later, I stopped one more time by David Lau's to see my Men in Blues rock the joint!

This morning was quite cool and windy; I still took a long walk on the beach and then lunched at La Playita with Sylvie and Cesar.

Saturday, February 11th

 Today I set out for a trip up the cenote road into Leona Vicario, followed by lunch at my favorite restaurant in the Colonia, La Luna LLena. The afternoon ended with a visit to see  El Temascal.

Saturday, February 11th

Yesterday, I said goodbye to Annette, on her birthday! It has been fun spending time with Annette and Joe again this year.

I am really enjoying my time at Posada del Moro; here are a few pics of my room there.

After a long snorkeling session, I finally got to Govinda's for their vegetarian comida corrida. A full meal, including drink, soup, entree, and dessert for 58 pesos- less than five dollars.

On the way home, I took some shots of the colorful houses/hotels in Puerto Morelos. And finally, a shot of my favorite thing...the beach!

Marya left today; last night we celebrated at Pelicanos, Las Terrazas, and David Lau's.

The mojitos are rather large at Pelicanos....
