There are many wonderful places to eat in Puerto Morelos:

Dona Trinys

My new favorite restaurant is Los Gauchos... I love the eggplant parmesian and the salmon and spinich salad dinners.

La Terraza is another favorite for veggie dishes....

And the best cappucino in town can be found at Cafe D'Amancia.

Music is everywhere. My three favorite places are Habeneros......

Sativa is great for Roots and Reggae...

But, of course my favorite thing to do is to dance to the sound of The Men in Blues and David Lau's...

Monday, January 30th

Continuing to have a wonderful time in Puerto Morelos; this year I am staying at the Posada el Moro. This is a great  hotel run by a Mexican family. There is a tiny swimming pool and each morning a continental breakfast of coffee, juice, papaya, and toast...with chocolate. It is almost right on the square, so I can easily come and go.

The seventh annual music festival is a highlight each year!

I especially liked the group I &I...

Walking the beach is one of my favorite things to do...Yesterday, I walked for almost three and a half hours, past the point, and ran right into the "clothing optional", Desire Resort. That was a new experience!

In town, I hang out at the book store and talk to my friend, Daphne.

And I have made other new friends this year.....
