 After a nice home cooked meal of eggs, rice, beans, guacamole and tortillas, I took a  walk around the resort today; I am out in the jungle area, which is very beautiful. My building is far from the pool and beach area, but it gives me good exercise to walk everywhere.

 Many wild creatures are hiding.

Did a stretching class on the beach and then it was to the pool to swim and read.

 

Later, I walked to the highway and took a colectivo to Puerto Morelos. A colectivo costs about a dollar, where a taxi would be 20 dollars!

Hung around with Daphne at the book store and then walked over to Habaneros, where Peter was playing acoustic guitar. Then over to David Lau's to see The Men in Blues. Met a lovely American couple there who gave me a ride back to the Mayan Palace!
